All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

  • Cost: Available at checkout

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Damaged Items:
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Beyond The Soul is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
