At Beyond The Soul, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we curate. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to love every item in your wardrobe. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at beyondtsoul@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
- We’ll provide you with return instructions and our return address
- Pack the item(s) securely with all original tags and packaging
- Ship the return to our return address (provided via email)
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection
Return Address:
We will provide the return address via email when you initiate your return. This ensures your package reaches us safely and efficiently.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items without original tags or in worn/washed condition
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the item you prefer
This ensures you receive your new piece as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your items, but if something arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at beyondtsoul@gmail.com
- Include photos of the damage and your order number
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
Wrong Item Received
If you received an incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at beyondtsoul@gmail.com
- We’ll send the correct item at no additional cost and arrange for the return of the incorrect item
Sale & Final Sale Items
- Sale Items: Returnable within 30 days following standard return policy
- Final Sale Items: All sales are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective
